EXPOCENTRE, the leading exhibition organizing company of the largest international exhibitions in Russia, is proud to announce the formation of EXPOCENTRE EUROPE.

Located in Vienna, Austria, Expocentre Fairgrounds is expanding its business and moves one step closer towards the European market. As the official sales representative, EXPOCENTRE EUROPE is responsible for more than 30 international exhibitions in Moscow, which are annually attended by over 650.000 professional visitors from all over the world.

EXPOCENTRE ranks as an exhibition industry leader that runs largest international exhibitions in Russia, the CIS and Eastern Europe during the last 50 years. As the historic leader of the exhibition industry, EXPOCENTRE efficiently combines traditions, experience, expertise and an innovative approach.

The total exhibition space at Expocentre Fairgrounds is 150.000 sqm comprising 90.000 sqm of indoor space and 60.000 sqm of outdoor space. Annually, EXPOCENTRE FAIRGROUNDS hosts over 100 international exhibitions attended by over two million professional visitors, and accommodates over 600 conventions, symposia and conferences.

Today Expocentre Fairgrounds comprises nine fully equipped exhibition pavilions with the most modern infrastructure and facilities, multifunctional halls for conventions, press conferences, meetings, seminars and symposia.

Expocentre Europe as well as Expocentre Moscow intends to become more international to make access to the lucrative Russian Market for expanding companies easier. “The benefits for businesses to showcase their products, offer new services, expand their business contacts, conclude beneficial contracts and find forward looking investors are enormous”, says Reinhard Glanzner, General Director of EXPOCENTRE EUROPE.

EXPOCENTRE was the first Russian company to join UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry in 1975. In 2005, the 72nd Annual Congress of UFI was held at Expocentre Fairgrounds. 21 exhibitions organized by Expocentre are approved and allowed to carry the logo of UFI. Furthermore, 28 exhibitions are approved by RUEF and proudly carry the RUEF logo.

EXPOCENTRE is a founding member of RUEF, the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (since 1992), as well as a member of the Guild of the Exhibition and Fair Organizers of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Most of the exhibitions are held under the auspices of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Government of Moscow.

EXPOCENTRE is a member of the following international organisations:
• InterEXPO (since 1978),
• AIPC member (since 2005) and
• ICCA member (since 2006).
